You have the right to return the received product within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt and request its replacement with another product. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the control of the deadline.
Product changes (within Greece)
To return a parcel within Greece, you must send it exclusively to the General Post Office, free of charge.
Shipping your new order (shoe number change) is free.
In case of a second change then the charge is normal.
This amount is offset by any difference in the value of the new products you have selected.
Terms related to product changes
Product changes will be accepted only after consultation with our store.
The products you want to return for a change must be complete, unused and in their original packaging to be accepted.
Important: In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer.
This means that you should:
- To be in excellent condition (with their factory packaging, ie box or jelly), without damage and signs of use
- Their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product, without damage, glued stickers etc
- Be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).
If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement.
Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return of product for change.
In case of product return and the box is damaged or something is missing from the original form of the shoe (shoelace, cord, etc.) there is an additional charge of 20% of the original price.
